A sustainable interconnected program

The project develops a key sector of Ulaanbaatar and forms an interconnected group of three tower blocks linked by a base.
The scheme is designed to be sustainable and able to resist the harshness of the continental climate. The buildings contain
complementary functions and use an aerodynamic perforated concrete architecture clad in aluminium panels intended
to absorb the wind effects. They are interlinked by common spaces containing all the services needed to allow day-to-day activities to develop under a protective roof.
